Ellen Orrock, MA

Ellen empowers couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to strengthen their relationships and overall wellbeing. Clients find Ellen’s calming and welcoming demeanor to be comforting and reassuring. This in turn allows clients to explore various emotional avenues in an atmosphere that makes them feel safe and heard. Ellen has a passion for helping clients with communication skills and identifying barriers that are hindering them from feeling their best. Through awareness and openness, she looks forward to assisting clients find their unique path to peace and contentment.  

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), she has effectively provided counseling and guidance to adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families with issues regarding: relationship and parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and stress management, addiction, and trauma. She utilizes an integrated approach that helps clients successfully make changes and improvements in their every day lives.

In addition, Ellen is a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, therefore she can help couples improve their relationship skills and strengthen their bond before marriage.


Nicole Carreon, MA

Nicole provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for client's to freely explore their inner world and to enhance relationships with others.  Client's find Nicole to be personable, humorous, calming, and direct. Nicole can help you identify underlying challenges and needs, which will allow you to understand yourself at a deeper level and enhance communication with others. 

Nicole uses an integrated approach with client's, allowing them to work towards therapeutic goals at a pace that works best for them.  Nicole provides individual, couple, and family counseling.

She has successfully worked with clients struggling with: depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship/intimacy concerns, infidelity, addiction, and parenting struggles. 

Nicole is also a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator and can complete pre-marital counseling with couples looking to enhance their relationship prior to tying the knot!




Brownell Hilger, LICSW

Brownie believes that change is possible when providing the right balance of positive encouragement and gentle challenge.  She is an intuitive and empathic listener.  She offers insightful perspectives and the space and energy to help analyze these ideas and make plans. 

She integrates 20+ years as a mental and chemical health professional in a variety of clinical settings.  For the past 6+ years, Brownie has been a Clinical Supervisor for one of Minnesota's largest mental and chemical health clinics, where she has led a large, multi-disciplinary team of professionals.  She also currently contracts with Fairview Health Services providing mental health services to the emergency room clients.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), she brings expertise working with adolescents, adults, and families with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, impulse-control, trauma, personality challenges, transitions and adjustment, and relationship concerns.

Brownie really enjoys using her clinical leadership experience to develop and supervise mental health professionals working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).    

She brings solutions, compassion, and hope to each session.

Tara Lemke Ebenhoch, LMFT, ACC

Tara is passionate about developing others to more fully exist with purpose and intention.  She loves helping clients to get clearer about what they want, make and sustain changes, and intensify their desired impact.  As a therapist, a credentialed coach, and 12+ years of previous experience as an human resources leader, she is uniquely qualified to support a diverse clientele.  Tara also contracts currently with a global technology company as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultant.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), she provides counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families with concerns in their life related to:  anxiety, panic, trauma, addiction, transitions, depression, stress, and relationships.  Tara is certified in EMDR, a therapeutic technique that utilizes neuro-scientific research to help the mind heal from trauma and associated thinking and behaviors.

Tara is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and brings 6+ years providing professional coaching services.  As a coach, she offers individuals, leaders, and teams a variety of consultation, coaching, training, and workshop services.

She brings perspective, energy, and focus to every session.

Nicole Muzzy, MA, LADC

Nicole believes everyone deserves to better understand themselves and to be better understood by others.  As someone who is forever curious, she provokes new insight and helps clients translate this into more congruent decisions and lifestyles.  Nicole's natural warmth enables clients to feel comfortable speaking about the uncomfortable parts of life. 

As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a Master of Arts (M.A.) graduate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Nicole brings 6+ years integrated experience in community and clinical settings. 

Her rich experience and strong capability are especially suited for adolescents and adults with chemical health concerns, couples experiencing issues with intimacy and sex, parents joining two families under one roof, professionals struggling to integrate work and life or who have made significant career changes, and families dealing with end-of-life issues.

Nicole brings warm encouragement, thoughtful challenge, and fresh ideas to every session.
