Who I help:
Adults with complex trauma and emotional dysregulation
Have you been struggling with depression, anxiety, or PTSD? Do you find it hard to heal with so much happening in the world? Maybe you’re not even sure what you need—you just know you haven’t been feeling like yourself. You’re not alone. When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to slow down and focus on your own needs.
I believe that healing from trauma is more than just following a therapy modality—it’s a journey of safety, self-discovery, and growth. In our work together, I draw from EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Polyvagal Therapy, Somatic Practices, DBT, and CBT to create a space where mind and body can reconnect and heal.
When you walk into my office, my goal is for you to feel safe, supported, and seen. Together, we’ll explore culturally rooted coping skills and practical strategies that honor your unique story. I want you to learn to love yourself, accept your body, and nurture your needs so you can step fully into the life you’re meant to live—one where you don’t just survive, but truly bloom.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I received her Masters Degree in Social Work from St. Catherine & St. Thomas University in Saint Paul, MN.
